Measurment and analysis of optical high-speed signals

The Sampling Optical Oscilloscope HAMAMTSU OOS-01/VIS is an optical waveform measurement device based on a sampling streak tube. The time resolution of less than 10 picoseconds enables analysis of high-speed optical signals with extremely low waveform distortion. The device operates within the range of 350 nm – 850 nm providing a sampling time interval of 2.5 picoseconds and maximum sampling rate of 2 MHz.
