Measurement of heat distribution

There is a thermal imaging camera (FLIR Systems) available for measuring the heat distribution on e.g. circuit boards. The camera has a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels by using a near field objective. The temperature range is between - 40 °C and + 500 °C with a precision of ± 2.0 °C or ±2 % of the measurement value. The thermal sensitivity is < 0.06 °C at + 30 °C.
