The 25th International Conference on Optical Fiber Sensors (OFS-25)- Jeju- Korea

From April 4th, 2017 to April 28th, 2017 the 25th International Conference on Optical Fiber Sensors (OFS-25) took place on the island of Jeju, South Korea. The OFS is the world-leading scientific conference on all aspects of sensing and metrology with optical fibers and waveguides. The institute POF-AC was represented by Prof. Engelbrecht with presentations on distributed temperature sensing (DTS) with Raman scattering in silica fibers, novel interrogators and data processing for FBG sensor chains as well as on optics for industrial distance sensors.
